Jog the Web allows a user to prepare a series of web links or other material, that a student or other user can follow to complete an activity. It would be useful for setting up a pathway to various websites for a project.

5Diigo, the social bookmarking site
A great site to use for social bookmarking! Share your book marks on a topic with a particular audience, such as students, teachers, patrons. You can set up lists, which can be made public. You can also make a list available to a group of students so that they can also book mark sites on that topic, provide annotations and tags and share them with the rest of the class or group.
