The one thing that is indisputable about Bodhidharma is that he was the founder of Zen Buddhism (actually Chan Buddhism) in China. But what about the culture of martials arts? Buddhist practices and ideas have become intertwined with most of the major asian martial arts. The first style that I want to talk about is kung fu...which is actually a general term for all Chinese martial arts. Most kung fu styles do have some common attributes though... (shaolin kung fu clip)
